Now is the time to learn to dive with the PADI Open Water Program. This is the most popular scuba course in the world.
What you will Learn
During the course you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving including equipment selection, how pressure will affect you during your dive, planning your dives and safety. Upon completion of the course you will have earned the PADI Open Water Diver certification or for ten year olds to fourteen year olds a Jr. Open Water certification, recognized around the world.
Your underwater adventure is divided into 3 sections. First, is Knowledge Development which can be completed thru eLearning on line or by self study and participating with your instructor to understand the basic principals of diving.
Next is your five confined water dives. This is where you will develop and become comfortable with the skills needed to transition to the underwater world. You will also be asked to demonstrate your ability to swim 200 yards or Snorkel for 300 yards and float for 10 minutes.
Now that you are comfortable and proficient with your skills you are ready to complete your four Open Water Training dives. During these dives you will demonstrate your confidence in your skills and enjoy the underwater world.
