PADI Advance Open Water

Are you ready to expand your Adventure? Safely expand your diving limits? 

Then the PADI Advanced Open Water Course is for you!

You can start your Advanced Open Water training once you’ve successfully completed the Open Water course. You can obtain this certification in as little as two days of diving. Dives are performance based, completed in open water. This certification provides you with the skills and knowledge to dive to depths of 30m/100 ft. 

Training consists of five (5) specialized dives and knowledge development. You must complete two (2) core dives; Deep and Navigation. The remaining three (3) dives are up to you! Choose from the following: Altitude, Boat, Digital Underwater Imaging, Drift, Dry Suit, Fish Identification, Night, Peak Performance, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Wreck.

To qualify you must be 15 years or older and a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent. If you are 12-14 years old you can attain Jr. Advanced Open Water Diver. If you are 10-11 years old you can attain the Adventure Diver rating. 

Course Includes:

  • Student Kit
  • Five (5) training dives
  • Specialty equipment (if needed)

Students need to provide:

  • Mask, fins, snorkel, boots
  • ​Complete Scuba gear*
  • Dive Knife*
  • Time Device*
  • Signal Device*
  • Underwater light*
